We Ship Worldwide

Shipping within India:
We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. For international orders, shipping charges are calculated and included at checkout.

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any orders, domestic or international.

PAYMENTS

All payments made for purchases or services on kisneel.com shall be against the MRP displayed on the website and will be processed through secure third-party online payment gateway services, subject to their applicable terms and conditions.

Prior to shipping an order, Team Kisneel may request supporting documents (including but not limited to government-issued photo ID and address proof) to verify the ownership of the payment instrument used. This step is taken to ensure a safe and secure online shopping experience for our customers.

Kisneel may use third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay, PayPal, or other similar facilities to process payments on the website. All electronic transactions conducted through these third-party services are undertaken at the customer’s sole discretion and are governed by the respective service provider’s user agreements, terms, and policies.

While availing any payment method offered on the website, please note that Kisneel shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Lack of authorization for a transaction

  • Exceeding transaction limits agreed upon with your bank

  • Payment gateway or banking issues

  • Transaction decline for any reason whatsoever

DELIVERY

At Kisneel, we strive to deliver each garment within the stipulated timeline mentioned on the product page (typically 30 days). However, delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, political disruptions, or strikes.

We are committed to keeping our clients informed throughout the order and delivery process. Please note that the order contract cannot be cancelled or repudiated solely due to delays caused by such external factors.

In cases where a customer is unavailable or fails to accept delivery, Kisneel reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs for re-dispatch.
