At Kisneel, we want every purchase to be a satisfying experience. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will assist you accordingly.

As a standard policy across all direct sales channels, Kisneel does not accept returns or exchanges for domestic or international orders, including ready-to-wear and made-to-order garments, except in the limited circumstances outlined below:

If the product is received in a damaged, defective, or compromised condition.

If an altered or custom-made garment has a non-resolvable technical issue that does not match the confirmed client specifications, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect sizing
• Fabric or coverage concerns
• Colour variation beyond acceptable tolerance
• Length or construction discrepancies

In such cases, customers are required to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing kisneelofficial@gmail.com, along with clear images highlighting the concern.

Returns will be processed only after written confirmation and approval from Team Kisneel by Pam. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, and responsibility for such shipments will remain with the customer.

Once the garment is received by our team, acceptance of the return and/or exchange will be determined solely at the discretion of Kisneel by Pam, based on the condition of the product and compliance with the stated timelines. Returned garments must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Packed securely in original packaging

You will be informed of the final decision within 2–3 business days of the garment reaching us.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders placed with Kisneel by Pam are considered final once confirmed.
