This Return & Replacement Policy outlines the circumstances under which Kisneel By Pam accepts product returns and issues replacements or refunds. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept returns only in the following cases:
• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• An incorrect size has been sent compared to your order.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality or order accuracy.

2. Replacement Policy

• If the returned item meets the above eligibility criteria, we will arrange a replacement of the same product or correct size.
• Replacements are subject to stock availability.

3. Refunds (Issued as Store Credit)

• If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued as store credit.
• Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and can be used on any future purchase.
• No cash or bank refunds will be provided, except where legally required.

4. Reporting a Return or Replacement Request

1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing kisneelofficial@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
2. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
3. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• Returns that do not meet eligibility criteria will not be accepted, and shipping costs (if any) will be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• Photographic evidence is mandatory for approval.
• We reserve the right to reject claims that do not clearly show manufacturing defects or transit damage.
